FUKUSHIMA GALILEI Opens Its First Overseas Showroom in Bangkok, Thailand

FUKUSHIMA GALILEI CO. LTD. (Headquarters: Nishi-Yodogawa, Osaka; President: Go Fukushima) is pleased to announce the opening of its first overseas showroom in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.

Since establishing its Hong Kong subsidiary in 1997, our company has been supporting Japanese companies in their overseas expansion and selling products to local customers across 12 locations in 11 countries, primarily in Southeast Asia. Last year, we formulated our mid-term vision for overseas operations, "GALILEI Global Vision 2030," to accelerate the development of growth strategies and investments. The establishment of the showroom in Bangkok is part of this strategy. Through the showroom, we aim to better understand the needs of local customers and strengthen our proposals utilizing our expertise in freezing and thawing technologies. Furthermore, we plan to open additional showrooms this fiscal year in Vietnam and Indonesia, in addition to Thailand.

The showroom is situated approximately a three-minute walk from BTS Asoke Station and MRT Sukhumvit Station, the busiest transit points in Bangkok, making it easily accessible for visitors.

・Experience the Latest Equipment

Visitors can experience our latest models, including blast chillers and thawing cabinets, right in Bangkok. We also offer a variety of heating and cooking equipment, which can be utilized as a test kitchen for menu development.

Support and donate items to help flood victims

As many provinces in the northern region of Thailand are currently being severely assected by the heavy rains and flash floods that have caused flooding in many areas and many people have been affected by the disaster, the company and the Siam Eastern Human Resources Management Clubm including factories within the Saim Eastern Industrial Park, have seen the suffering of the victims and have agreed to organize an activity to donate items to help flood victims.

The company has delivered various essential items to the Pluak Daeng Foundation to assist flood victims, so that the foundation can distribute them to those in need.
